All Star Cleaning Services Fort Collins

We have been using All Star Cleaning Services for a few years and the professionalism and consistency of cleanliness is unmatched. The service providers are punctual, polite and trustworthy. They focus on different areas each time so you know your home is cleaned with attention to detail. All Star provides little “extras” that I’ve never received from other cleaning services which sets them apart. I love that the company gives back to the community in a variety of ways. My husband and I have busy careers and having All Star clean our home is a service for which we are truly grateful!

The issue with All Star is consistency and communication. I have had cleaners in the past and learned, If you have expectations you need to clearly communicate them. So, I sent photos and a very, very detailed message with what I'd like and clarified, what can be done and if my expectations were realistic. I was told yes, that was all reasonable. Then, our cleaner comes and the house isn't what we expected. They spent over 30 mins cleaning an area we specifically said, don't clean. They cleaned rooms we specifically said not to clean. Our floors were also left dirty. I left feedback that this wasn't what I discussed. The poor cleaning technician, the next time they came said, oh there's lots of notes now. Meaning, the detailed email I sent to the office was never communited to the technician. Next, I realized we hasn't had our home cleaned in 3 weeks. With the crazy holidays, I didn't notice. I reached out to Allstar who somehow, just missed my cleaning, didn't reschedule. I asked to reschedule because the holiday didn't work since we're all home. They rescheduled. Technician was to be here between 12 and 2. We wanted to communicate some things like don't clean this room, or this area, and use specific cleaners on certain areas. We left at 2. They arrived after 2. We called the office and said, we need the downstairs completely cleaned because the family will be home AND gave them the info we wanted to give to the technician. We got home, and surprise. Floors weren't even touched. I have little kids, dinner time is dinner time. So I had to cook, feed the kids then scurry upstairs so it could get cleaned. Did the technicians do a good job? No. Not at all but I blame the office staff for never communicating what was expected. I am really surprised at the reviews. I started with this service because it was rated so highly. Dont expect anything you communicate with the office staff to be followed through on. Don't expect technicians on time. Don't expect your home to be cleaned. I have has to mop and cleaned after every clean. I pay for this service to take the mental load of cleaning. It was stressful every single time. After I canceled services and explained why, Nancy gave me the good ol' I'm sorry you feel that we didn't communicate. So, even then, couldn't take responsibility with a genuine, yea, sorry about that. 0/10

Really great experience having All Star do a one-time deep clean of our home. Setting up the appointment was MUCH easier than it has been with other companies, and they got us into the schedule right away! The house looked great and they got rid of some very hard-to-remove stains on our kitchen backsplash and cabinets that have bothered me for months!

All Star Cleaning Services of Fort Collins stepped up and helped us out in a time of need. They were able to schedule us quickly and cleaned our house to where it shined in places we didn’t even realize needed cleaned. They were professional and our favorite part was the staging of our children’s toys. I would highly recommend All Star Cleaning Services.

We were amazed with our first clean with All Star. Vanessa and Izzy did an amazing job! We were in shock at what a phenomenal job they did! They communicated well from the get go and made sure I was comfortable with the cleaning activities they were doing. Very pleased with the work and looking forward to having their team out on a regular monthly basis.
